Yakitori Japanese Grilled Chicken
- 1 chicken thigh cut into 1- inch pieces skin removed
- 1-2 Negi
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons mirin
- 3 tablespoons sake
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoonn honey (optional)
- Chili pepper (optional)
- Soak skewers in water. Add soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, honey and chili peppers in saucepan.
