- 500g strawberries, hulled
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 8 waffles, toasted
- vanilla ice-cream, to serve
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium/high heat until hot. Add strawberries. Sprinkle with sugar. Toss for 1 to 2 minutes or until syrup starts to form.
Place waffles on plates. Spoon over strawberry syrup. Serve with ice-cream.
