sour cream dip with fresh fruit

INGREDIENTS

  • 185g (3/4 cup) light sour cream (Pauls brand)
  • 2 tablespoons light thickened cream
  • 2 tablespoons Tia Maria liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Fresh seasonal fruit (such as strawberries, mandarin and rockmelon), to serve

METHOD

Step 1

Combine the sour cream, thickened cream, liqueur and sugar in a serving bowl and stir until well combined.

Step 2

Arrange the fruit on a serving platter and serve immediately with the dip.
