ice-cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.25L vanilla ice-cream
  • 150g (1 cup) mini marshmallows
  • 120g (2/3 cup) dark choc bits
  • 50g (1/3 cup) crushed peanuts
  • Waffle cones, to serve

METHOD

Step 1

Transfer the ice-cream to a large bowl and set aside for 15 minutes to soften slightly.

Step 2

Add the marshmallows, choc bits and peanuts to the ice-cream and fold until well combined. Smooth the surface and cover with foil. Place in the freezer for 4-6 hours or until firm.

Step 3

Remove from the freezer and set aside for 5 minutes to soften slightly. Scoop among waffle cones to serve.
