Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar or honey
- 4 pints blueberries
- 6 craft sticks
How to Make It
Step 1
Combine sugar and 1/2 cup water in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring just until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, and let cool completely.
Step 2
Puree berries and sugar syrup in a food processor or blender until smooth. (Pour mixture through a wire-mesh strainer to remove any solids, if desired.)
Step 3
Pour blueberry mixture into freezer-pop molds; freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions, inserting craft sticks halfway through freezing time. Freeze completely.
